Current Positions Available
Clerk IV – Call Center Operator
Under the general supervision of the Call Center Manager and COO, the Clerk IV – Call Center Operator answers incoming telephone calls, provides information and schedules appointments for Council patients. The Call Center Operator is to project the professional organization image through telephone interaction.
Community Resource Representative
Under the general supervision of the Registration Manager, the Community Resource Representative will, according to instructions, perform a variety of duties that require the exercise of independent judgment. The Community Resource Representative will seek to insure that all patients are aware of the resources available that would assist them in receiving care for their medical and health-related social problems.
Salary: $21.60 hourly
Dental Unit Clerk V
Under the general supervision of the Director of Oral Health, the Employee will provide dental care for patients by diagnosing and treating Dental diseases.
Salary: $20.97 hourly
Medical Assistant II
Under the general supervision of the Clinic Manager, the Medical Assistant performs basic and other patient care services for which the Medical Assistant has received instructions and demonstrated competency. This includes collecting blood samples from patients to be sent out to contracted laboratories.
Program Manager, Narcotics Treatment Program
Under the direction of the Director of Behavioral Health and the Medical Director for SUDS the Program Director is responsible for direct clinical services, clinical supervision, and oversite activities including compliance with internal, state, county and federal regulations; the provision of high quality, cost-effective client care, and the reduction of funding dis-allowances from funding sources due to improper charting and billing. Compliance monitoring includes DHCS Narcotic Treatment Program Guidelines, Alameda County Behavioral Health Care Services guidelines, The Intergovernmental Agreement, and legislation, such as Title 22 that pertains to documentation and quality of care.
Salary: $96,000-$110,000 annually
Psychiatric Social Worker – Outpatient Adult
Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Psychiatric Social Worker provides case management and psychotherapeutic services to adults who qualify for Level 1 mental health services under Alameda County requirements.
Salary: $29.13 hourly
Under the general supervision of the Chief Medical Officer, the Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist develops and carries out programs for the promotion of Health and the prevention of diseases, including assessing dietary practices; provides nutrition education and dietary counseling to Health Council patients.
Registered Dental Assistant
Under the general supervision of the Director of Oral Health, the Employee will provide dental care for patients by diagnosing and treating Dental diseases
Salary: $19.77 hourly
School Based Therapist
Provides EPSDT (Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment) school-based mental health services, including crisis intervention and case management services to qualified children primarily at MLK Elementary School (as well as other schools in the area).
Salary: $60,592.89 annually
