In Addition West Oakland Health has partnered with OptumServe in providing COVID 19 Testing to Treat on
Thursday and Fridays from 8am -4pm.
The test options provided are Antigen and PCR COVID -19.

We offer the Moderna vaccine (2 doses), The Pfizer vaccine (2 doses) and the Johnson & Johnson vaccine (1 dose)
Pfizer is available to patients 5-11 and available 12 years of age and up
