MESSAGE FROM OUR CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER

Dr. Adrian James

To all of our patients, we want you to know that first and foremost, we are here to serve. During this pandemic of Covid 19, here are a few reminders; I want you to be aware of and to practice:

Remember that Covid 19 has affected everyone either directly or indirectly. People with underlying medical conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure (hypertension), asthma, or chronic bronchitis, are at high risk for becoming seriously ill from Covid 19.

What to do? Prevention is key:

  1. Practice social distancing of least six feet apart from one another
  2. Cover and cough into your sleeve, not your hand even if you are wearing a mask then wash or sanitize your hands
  3. Change your mask or wash your mask (cloth) daily
  4. It is safer to have your groceries delivered than going into the grocery store. Some stores even waiving the delivery free for seniors.
  5. Wipe down surfaces you touch frequently. (Cabinet, doorknobs, remotes, cell phones etc.)
Remember to take medications as prescribed, keep your appointments even if they are telephone visits, some screenings can be done while complying with Stay-in orders (Colon Cancer screening).

We are all in this together. Let us support each other and comply with the guidelines. We are here to serve. The more we do apart, the more we can fight this together!
